Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing yogclasses. We strive to provide quality yoga services and products. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully.

1. Class Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled class will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the class time.

2. Subscription Plans

yogclasses subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be provided for unused portions of the billing cycle.

3. Events & Workshops

For special events or workshops, a full refund is available if cancellation is made at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable but may be credited for future use at the discretion of yogclasses.

4. Physical Products

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Downloadable digital content, personalized items, and gift cards are non-refundable unless there is a proven defect or error.

6. Refund Process

Once your return or refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
